For employees hired after 1 January 2019, personnel files are kept for 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which employment ended. Earlier employment is generally subject to a 50-year period, unless the employer files a ZUS RIA information report.
Yes. We are based in Poznań and the surrounding region, but we work remotely, so we also cooperate with companies from all over Poland. Documents are exchanged electronically and we stay in touch by phone and email.
