Elżbieta Ulatowska, law graduate running the E&P Service payroll and HR office in Poznań

About me

My name is Elżbieta Ulatowska and I am a law graduate. I have worked in HR administration, payroll and labour law since 2002, first in a tax advisory office and then in the HR department of a large manufacturing company. In 2013 I founded my own office providing payroll and HR services and labour-law advisory.

I put a lot of heart into my work and carry it out with care and great commitment. I base relationships with clients on mutual trust, respect, clearly defined rules of cooperation and regular e-mail and telephone contact.

How we work

Together with my team, we serve small and medium-sized enterprises. We start by getting to know the client's company, the way it operates, the number of employees and the specifics of the industry, and then we propose a solution perfectly suited to individual needs.

  • We begin cooperation with a payroll and HR audit.
  • Each client has a dedicated person for day-to-day service, available every working day.
  • We apply the rule of double verification of documentation and payroll by two specialists.
  • We regularly monitor changes in legislation and keep the client informed.
  • We maintain full confidentiality; where needed, we also work at the client's premises.

Cooperation with specialists

We work with specialists in other fields, including a legal counsel for employee disputes, interpretation of regulations and representation before the labour court, a tax advisor, accountants and an OHS specialist in the area of workplace safety. We share clients with a partner accounting office, with which we are in daily contact and together use tools that support the automation of document workflows.

Who we work for

We work with small and medium-sized companies mainly from Poznań and the surrounding area, but also with clients from all over Poland and from abroad, adapting the cooperation model to various industries: services, retail, manufacturing, construction and transport. Some clients entrust us with full payroll and HR services, others choose specific areas, such as payroll, HR administration or ZUS and PIT settlements. We also advise on labour law matters.

If you are looking for someone who will take over your company's HR and payroll and treat them with due care, I will be glad to learn about your needs and prepare an offer.

Frequently asked questions about us

Who runs the E&P Service HR & payroll office?

The E&P Service office is run by Elżbieta Ulatowska, a law graduate who has worked in HR administration, payroll and labour law since 2002. She has run her own office in Poznań since June 2013. It is one person responsible for the entire service, with no rotation of account managers.

Since when has E&P Service handled HR and payroll?

I have worked in HR administration, payroll and labour law since 2002, and I have run my own office, E&P Service, since June 2013. Earlier I gained experience in a tax advisory office and in the HR department of a large manufacturing company.

Does the office work with legal counsel and an OHS specialist?

Yes. In disputes and when interpreting regulations I am supported by a legal counsel, and I handle the area of workplace safety in cooperation with an OHS specialist. I also work with a tax advisor and accountants, so the employer gets a consistent picture of their obligations towards employees and authorities.

Will I have a permanent contact with one person?

Yes. We dedicate a person to each client for day-to-day service, someone who knows the specifics of the company, you do not reach a call centre. This model ensures continuity and quick contact in urgent matters, for example before a payday or filing deadline.

What companies does E&P Service serve?

We serve small and medium-sized companies from Poznań and the surrounding area, across various industries, services, retail, manufacturing, construction and transport. We also work remotely, so we cooperate with companies from all over Poland, as well as with foreign clients.

Why is it worth entrusting payroll and HR services to a law graduate?

HR and payroll is a YMYL area, an error in files, contributions or deadlines can cost a company interest or sanctions from the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) and ZUS. Having the office run by a law graduate means that documentation and settlements are prepared with current provisions of the Labour Code in mind, and difficult employee matters are resolved with the support of legal counsel.
