Do you handle different forms of employment: employment contracts, mandate contracts and B2B?

Yes. We settle employment contracts, mandate and specific-work contracts as well as B2B cooperation, taking into account the appropriate ZUS (social security) contributions and tax rules for each form. We also advise on the choice of the form of employment, because for permanent, subordinate tasks the authorities may challenge a mandate contract as a hidden employment relationship.

Can services be taken over during the year?

Yes. We take over services at any point in the year. We establish the opening balance (payroll data, leave, cumulative settlements) so that the annual PIT-11 and PIT-4R declarations are consistent. We plan the takeover so that there is no gap in salary calculation.

How quickly will you start after the contract is signed?

The first payroll is usually produced already in the first full month of cooperation. The full takeover of documentation, depending on the number of employees and the state of the files, takes from a few days to three weeks. We handle urgent situations before a payment or declaration deadline as a priority.

Do you help during ZUS or PIP inspections?

Yes. On the basis of a power of attorney, we prepare documentation, provide explanations and take part in ZUS, PIP (Labour Inspectorate) and tax office inspections within the scope of HR and payroll. Before an announced inspection we propose an HR audit, which removes gaps before an inspector finds them.

Do the services cover foreign and posted employees?
