Additional services supplement ongoing service with tasks that arise periodically: a payroll and HR audit, PFRON settlements, GUS reports, training and representation during inspections. We deliver them on a one-off or recurring basis, tailoring the scope to your company's needs.
Scope of additional services
Not every company need fits within the monthly service. At E&P Service we also handle one-off and periodic tasks, from an audit, through special settlements, to being present during an inspection.

Internal documents and OHS
As part of the additional services, we also run two separate, more broadly described areas. This is a good solution when a company grows and crosses the thresholds from which certain documents become mandatory.

Frequently asked questions about additional services
What is a payroll and HR audit?
A payroll and HR audit is a review of documentation, contracts, working time records and payroll settlements for compliance with the regulations. It points out errors and risk areas and recommends corrections before a PIP or ZUS inspection catches them.
Do you settle PFRON payments?
Yes. We determine the obligation to make PFRON payments, calculate them for employers with at least 25 people in full-time equivalents and prepare DEK declarations. We also help take advantage of reductions when cooperating with sheltered workplaces.
Do you prepare reports for GUS?
Yes. We prepare the mandatory statistical reports for Statistics Poland (GUS) on employment and wages (including Z-03, Z-06) based on the company's payroll and HR data and submit them within the required deadlines.
Do you represent the company during ZUS and PIP inspections?
Yes. On the basis of a power of attorney, we take part in ZUS, PIP and tax office inspections regarding HR and payroll, prepare the documentation, provide explanations and help implement post-inspection recommendations.
Do you run training and implementations?
Yes. We run training on current changes in labour law and settlements, and we support the implementation of payroll and HR processes and the takeover of documentation from a previous office or internal department.
Do you help with taking over documentation from another office?
Yes. We organise a smooth takeover of payroll and HR documentation: we verify the completeness of the files, records and settlements, establish the opening state and take over the service without breaks in salary calculation.
Can additional services be ordered without ongoing service?
Yes. An audit, PFRON settlement, GUS report or representation during an inspection can be commissioned on a one-off basis, independently of ongoing payroll and HR services. We set the scope and cost individually.
How much do additional services cost?
The cost depends on the scope and the workload, a one-off audit is priced differently than recurring reporting. We prepare the quote individually after establishing the company's needs.
